Wednesday, May 24, 2006. After what had been an extremely busy day already, hubby called and wanted to know if the grandchildren and I could bring supper to the field. At the time I didn't think I could physically do it, but said we would. Sunday, April 16, 2006. I just cannot seem to get back in the swing of blogging. Maybe I will have the desire a little later on, maybe not. I think the incidents around here with my relatives have just left me fearful. Also this is the extremely busy time for us. With the farming and grass cutting added to our already full days, it just doesn't leave much computer time. Hope everyone had a wonderful, peaceful and inspirational Easter. Expressions of a caffiene regulated brain. Thursday, October 13, 2005. Poor little tyke with his little red eyes! Still a cool enough bubkins to smile through his flu)! The bubby developed a bit of a cold on Tuesday night, and I had my first parental heart attack! Needless to say I took him straight to the paediatrician the next morning and once he was checked out we were off the pharmacy to get the prescribed nose drops. I'm happy to report that he's much better - thank god! Tuesday, October 11, 2005.

We visited friends yesterday for a greek lamb braai - they're not greek, but like the food (as do I) and they have a pool so aside from myself thoroughly enjoying being weightless, the bubby had his first swim! Oh, my heart nearly stopped today -we had to go and get the Bubby his first set of vaccinations - how unbelieveably heart breaking to see your first child get his first set of shots. The really crummy part is that the paediatrician makes you hold his little legs straight while he gives the shots, so you just KNOW that your little one is totally blaming you for the pain!
