I’ve often thought about that first line. Everything we need for life and godliness . Everything. What God has given me is sufficient to live a Godly life. Wednesday, February 23, 2011. I love this song, and wanted to use it for a worship song at my church. So I've taken a combination of the original Cohen lyrics, added in lyrics from Lincoln Brewster's "Another Hallelujah", and thrown in some of my own. Hope you like it! I've heard there was a secret chord. That David played, and it pleased the Lord. And I just want to offer this song to You. It goes like this The fourth, the fifth. The minor fall, the major lift. My heart and soul are praising Hallelujah.
