If a horse is in a regular massage program it is okay for them to receive a sports massage the day of the show. In the case of a 3-phase event, the sports massage should be done after Dressage. Pre and Post Event massage is done the day of the show/event and can be done on a horse who has never recieved a massage. Refusing or resisting leads.
