October 12th, 2008 - Hoshino Misaki. 12 October 2008 @ 04:38 am. Over-restriction is just so hard - it's like trying to prevent a ready-to-erupt volcano from erupting. Hell broke loose today, let my monster out, 3600 kcal, 7 laxs. Blah, I know I'll gain tomorrow. All the kgs I've lost so far this week have gone to naught! No more steering my ship off course by even 0.1 degree. No more foods. No more hoping to reach my goals. I think the laxs could have done a pretty good damage to my internals by now sin...

October 8th, 2008 - Hoshino Misaki. 08 October 2008 @ 12:41 am. I really am a sucker. I can't live 2 days without eating. After fasting for 2 days, I felt sooooo weak and I could not concentrate in class. Exam's coming too. I know my brain needs sugar and I can't deprive it at this crucial time :c. As much as I'd like to lose weight, it's not really the time for me to think of that now. I can't afford to fail my units anymore. Ugh. I just hope to pass, that's all.
