Saturday, February 16, 2008. Mimi had to leave today. We are so sad to say goodbye. We feel so lucky and blessed that she was able to come help before and after the baby! Now the truly scary part begins! Monday, February 11, 2008. Callie Anna 8 lbs. 13 oz. Mommy prefers Callie in her arms and out of her belly. Joy and Happiness for Daddy now. Monkey brain was my favorite. I couldn't resist the opportunity to dress Keira up like Little House on the Prairie for her school's Pioneer Day. They talked about Johnny Appleseed, made handcarts, panned for gold, and washed clothes in an old fashioned tub! Monday, October 13, 2008. Keira's first day of school!

Wednesday, December 5, 2007. The pictures don't do this place justice! We stayed in a bungalow on a small private island that looked like it came right out of a Tommy Bahama ad. It was unbelievable! Things have been hectic for us here. Between Halloween, Keira's birthday and Thanksgiving- it seems that Christmas has snuck up on us! Thursday, May 30, 2013. We went camping near Lake Isabella in Kern River Valley for the long weekend. We had a funtastic time! The older boys including Daryl :) went river rafting. Sebastian was freezing at first. Daryl got thrown from the raft. Other than that, they had a great experience! We are waiting for them to paddle by. This kid has some serious stomach muscles! We watched some pretty gnarly wipeouts behind us, a couple scary ones involving kids.without life jackets on! We even had a movie night!

I have told this story to some, but he did it again last night and i was lauging so hard i have to share. If not to make you laugh, then to be reminded years later and he can be a little embarrassed, though after you hear it you probably will realize he won't care. This guy says the best prayers. I guess you go...
