Isaac and Soren took a last minute trip to Montana for a wedding, so Greta and I headed north to my parent's cabin, and to visit Tom and Liz at their new house. Greta, of course, was laying on the charm thick! Soren played soccer this summer with a bunch of friends from ECFE, and had a blast! Tuesday, August 17, 2010. Isaac and Kayt * Soren and Greta. Tuesday, June 21, 2011. We headed up to Fox Lake for a long weekend, and it was so nice to be able to hang out just the four of us. The weather wasn't ideal, and the bugs were horrendous, but the kids were real troopers. Soren wore this ridiculous get-up for half the weekend. He was pretending to be a "baseball goalie" (catcher). This was our third year visiting the baby farm animals exhibit at the Minnesota Zoo, and it was fun to see how much more into it Soren was this year. His favorite far and away was the goats. Feeding the goats with Aunt Mary. Greta had fun too! Both kids were also big fans of the giant aquarium. Thursday, May 06, 2010. Greta officially has a first word! It's "uh-oh" and it's just about the cutest thing ever! 365 Days of Twins.

Sunday, September 30, 2012. We definitely got back into our rhythms September. Back to school, Sunday school, preschool, MOPS, etc. Had lots of fun in between too. We enjoyed the beautiful Indian summer September had to offer, including walks and bike rides. Alex started skating lessons with his friend Jack! Anna's ready for the bus. The Many Moods of Millie. It's her house, we just live here. Saturday, February 4, 2012. If you know me at all, you know that I am not a big fan of museums, especially ones focused on children. But our last visit to the Children's Museum in St. Paul was actually pretty fun. It was very quiet, which helped, and Millie was older so I wasn't nearly as terrified when she was out of sight. Millie's favorite part of our visit? In Peter Rabbit's house in the Story Book exhibit. Elliot gets a little help from Mom.

In order to deliver all those toys to all those girls and boys, he spreads his travels over a few days. It would just be too stressful to try and fit it all into one night.
