Paris, Tokyo, New York. Adventures of an international flight attendant. Hong Kong, again! I will never tire of visiting Hong Kong! This week, I finally went to see the Big Buddha (Tian Tan Buddha) on Lantau Island. Me and my fellow flight attendants decided to take the cable car up Lantau peak, rather than hike. This time of year the weather changes so fast and we did not want to get soaked! Up until 2000, the Tian Tan Buddha was the largest bronze Buddha in the world, but now that’s up for debate.
