Ad Hoc Desktop and Server Support. Get support for your desktops and servers on a pay as you go basis. Pay a single fee per hour (minimun 1 hour applies). For single resolutions which do not require onsite visits. Onsite visits incurr a minimum of 2 Hours fee. Pay a monthly fee for both remote and onsite support within our SLA. Outside this SLA pay a hourly fee that is capped. Telephone Support during normal office hours. Onsite visit if either above does not resolve the issue. Office 2003, 2007, 2010.
