In my effort to not only get better, but to find ways of staying cold free during this sucky season, I did some research and spoke to some natural bredrins of mine. I was told to use Goldenseal. I've never heard of this herb before and for the love of money, why'd the damn thing have to cost $16? Why Do People Use Goldenseal? Yes Goldenseal is a wonder.
