Sunday, September 7, 2014. We just did a 10 mile "Relay for Africa" with our friends Jon and Jennifer- 4 legs of 2.5 miles each. It was a fun atmosphere with all the teams and baton passing-haven't done a relay since I was in high school! We finished well under our goal time, especially considering that mile 2 was basically uphill the whole way. Yikes! Fun way to spend an afternoon with friends. Tuesday, September 2, 2014. Josie is officially a preschooler! On calling it a goose:).

Monday, June 1, 2015. First stop, of course, was the beach. Today we hit Humiston Beach and the kids were thrilled. These girls have fun playing with each other in the ocean, which is nice to see because as they get older, sometimes their interests and ages seem to be a big gap. Makes a momma happy to see them doing something together. They got some instruction from Babbo on how to ride a wave in. :). Love this daddy-daughter pic. Handstands on the beach:. Saturday, July 5, 2014. Swimming lessons have been in full swing these last two weeks and the kids have made a ton of progress in the pool. Abby had a huge milestone- she conquered her fear of jumping into the deep end and even jumped off the diving board on the last day! She worked hard on learning to dive. Friday, July 4, 2014. Wednesday, June 3, 2015. Back to Humiston Beach for another morning of swimming. Babbo in charge of applying the sunscreen. Always on the hunt for more shells. Josie is my poser; and a photographers dream. She loves the camera, is so expressive and has the craziest, coolest hair. I could fill an entire blog with picture after picture of her faces. These girls had a blast together today. The sky was absolutely amazing. Abby likes to body surf and relax in the shallow water. Beautiful girl!

Tuesday, June 2, 2015. The St. Lucie aquarium is always a fun little stop. Lots of pretty fish- the girls always like to claim their "favorite". Sophia took my camera for a while to take some pictures- this was one of them:. Abby with a sea turtle shell-they were surprisingly light. Touching tank-I was hoping for a free manicure from the tiny shrimp that clean your fingernails, but they seemed to be full already. Mom, take my picture by myself on the bench!
