It’s an unrealistic amount of goals that I will inevitably beat myself up over once I fail to meet each and every single one of them. Shouldn’t we strive to be the best version of ourselves every day of the year? However . . . I just had the pleasure of viewing this gem of a clip. I haven’t had a chance to see Food Inc. yet, but I’m thinking now that I should probably see it ASAP. What’s now changing for me in 2010? Read more about it here.

The frills, chills, and underthings of my brain. Here we go… a couple o’ updates, if you will. Bull;March 6, 2009 • 1 Comment. I pretty much had an awesome time in Disneyland. We didn’t kill ourselves waiting in line or trying to get to every ride we rode the things we cared about most, and really just spent a lot of time with the family. We even went swimming. In February. Just makes me hate Utah weather even more. Captain Hook is a little creepy sneaking up on us like this. It’s vacation time again!

Watched as a sweet, 8 year old boy transitioned from foster kid to full-on little brother, son, uncle, nephew, etc. Received a lovely surprise in the mail, a la The Flaming Lips and their cutesy signatures. It’s the sorta thing you’d expect from your not-so-charitable neighborhood Wal-Mart, but I didn’t think there was another company out there that measured up when it comes to slimy behavior. Maybe I’m not so sad there isn’t an H&M here afterall – doesn’t sound like something I’d like to support. To read more.
