その時は, 健診受診者より自筆の承諾書を取るようにとの指示で, 各個人に説明し, サインしていただいた人のみ余計に採血をしていただきました。 何か後で言われるよりは, とったほうが スッキリ します。 研究の必要性, 有用性をさらに訴え, 少しずつ前進していければなぁと思います。 これは 菌株譲渡と個人情報保護の問題 ではなく, 院内のコンセンサスをとらないまま院内の疫学調査をしようとしたことに問題があると思います。 反対の理由は, まだアウトブレイクと思わないから必要ないとか, NHKでN大学でのMRSA院内伝播が報道されたら訴訟が数件おこったからなどでした。 この経験から推察しますと, 一部の医療従事者には分子疫学調査をすることに対して拒否反応を示され, それらの方が個人情報保護法にかこつけて疫学調査に反対していると思います。 ただ, 基本的には院内の分子疫学調査は一人の検査技師が興味本位でやることではなく, 院内のコンセンサスを得てから行うべきであり, そうでないと単なる院内感染対策の あら捜し となり, 最悪の場合は患者からの訴訟問題にも発展します。
