The Journal of a Running Mom. Monday, August 3, 2015. Monday, August 3, 2015. Starting a new plan today. I'm going to try to do the Couch to 5K program on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Then on Tuesday and Thursday I plan to do a Jillian Michaels video to help tone other areas of my body. That leaves me with one day open so on Fridays my plan is to do the elliptical or if I need a day off during the week I have that option. Still Thriving and loving it! So much more energy!
