Sunday, June 28, 2015. Gwynn’s 4th Birthday Party! We had Gwynn’s birthday party a bit early so it wouldn’t interfere with the July 4th weekend. We went to Pump it up, or as Gwynn calls it “Pump ‘un nup”. Watching a video on the rules of pump it up. Their other motto is “Where you’ll get rug burns on any exposed skin” but it’s not as popular. Mimi and the kids playing in a hurricane simulator. Luke riding with Mommy. He was a bit hesitant to do some of them on his own the first time. A Paw Patrol cake!

Friday, June 26, 2015. Another day, another trip. This time to the Tuscaloosa Barnyard. The kids getting ready to hold rabbits, chicks, and rats. Yes…rats. Shockingly, Gwynn was the only one brave enough to do that. Kate feeding a goat. Luke looks dangerous with that bucket of food. Luke riding a pony. A shifty looking peacock. Luke waiting for the pony to poop. The lake was available for boat rides. They had a homemade playground with an interesting slide. Kate pretending to drive a tractor.

Sunday, November 30, 2014. Veteran’s Park in T-town. While in Tuscaloosa we wanted to get the kids out of the house and do something that was cheap. Veteran’s Park in Tuscaloosa isn’t very big, but it’s enough to keep the kids occupied for a half hour. Luke trying to find a familiar name. I see a Belcher. Daddy reading all about it. The kids want daddy to get rid of his Prius and buy a Jeep. 8220;It’s a hellacopter! Thursday, November 27, 2014. Gwynn is a pilgrim. Luke is an Indian. Mimi and the kids.

Saturday, March 28, 2015. We made another trip to the Tuscaloosa air show to see the Blue Angels, but this time it was a little different. It cost money and we paid a little extra for an “air square”. We still got to ride a school bus to the airport, which the kids usually like. When they’re awake. Saturday, February 21, 2015. Aunt Jen came to town to run the Mercedes Half-Marathon while Grace and Kate ran the kids marathon (a 1 mile race). We were ready to cheer them on. Aunt Jen volunteered to run with the Kate as prep for her race. It ended up being pretty blustery. Daddy had to hold onto Luke so he wouldn’t blow away.
