One of the best things I learned this summer was how to make cold brew coffee, which is coffee steeped in room-temperature water for at least 12 hours, creating a super-smooth, delicious concentrate. Dance attire is expensive, especially when you think about how fast kiddos grow. I was really pleased to find a nice leotard (with attached skirt) and a pair of ballet shoes. A true love of Thermomix. Easy (and super delicious! Bananas generally don’t last long in our house but if there happen to be few left in the fruit bowl and are starting to darken – this is my go-to recipe to use them up. This has been a winner with my boys (and neighbours) for a few years now and with it being so easy and quick to whip up, it’s made more often then I care to say! 125g unsalted butter (roughly cubed). 2 very ripe bananas. 190g self raising flour. 12-18 Case Muffin Tray.
