I have applied to at least 20 jobs since passing my National Registry test and have not received one phone call, email, anything asking for an interview! I realize they prefer experience, but how am I supposed to gain experience when nobody will give me a chance? What to do, what to do? We'll figure something out. Thanks for being my rock, my personal therapist, my partner, my example, my love, my everything. You make the sun shine brighter and the bad days seem not so bad. 5 and still alive. Tuesday, March 2, 2010. On the move (again). Not our blog this time but our family. We found a house to rent in Syracuse that will be perfect for our family. The kids are excited to move. In fact Gabbi asked tonight, when we told them, if we were gonna start packing today. We plan on moving around the 19th of this month, so keep the date open. 5 and still alive. Sunday, June 27, 2010. One of the days we decided we should try the Air Force museum. We got everyone ready in sweatshirts and headed out the door about 3:30. It took about 20 min. to get there and then we saw "the sign". This Museum closes PROMPTLY at 4:30 if your vehicle is still here it will be towed. Uh, how do we explain this to the kids. We hurried through the airplanes outside and called it good. Only the older ones knew that we didn't get to go inside. Welcome to our LIfe.
