Sunday, May 30, 2010. Long time since last post. I know it has been such a long time since I posted last, but I am now down 132 lbs and I am feeling fantastic! I am 38 lbs from my goal of 180 lbs. Doc says I don't have to go below 180, but I can if I choose to do so. I want to reach my goal before September 14, 2010! That is the anniversary date of my surgery. That will mean that I lost 170 lbs in one year! Fun, fun, fun, and such a beautiful time with my son! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Sunday, May 30, 2010. This picture was taken in April at my son's birthday party! Long time since last post. I know it has been such a long time since I posted last, but I am now down 132 lbs and I am feeling fantastic! I am 38 lbs from my goal of 180 lbs. Wednesday, December 30, 2009. I am now down 94 lbs at 15 weeks post-op! I have 6 more pounds to make the 100 pound mark! I also decided to cut my hair short again. Tom is not happy, but he realizes that keeping it long is just not the right thing to do. I have lost so much hair. It is really kind of depressing, but I found out that it is my fault, I was not taking my vitamins. It is nice to get the taste of it, and not wanting to eat 3 of them! Iwill let you all know how it is and how it is helping me!

Tuesday, September 29, 2009. I was really worried that I would end up lactose intolerant, like some others that I know! My wedding ring is falling off and I don't want to lose it. Not sure I want to take it off though, it was my mom's and I really love it! After I incorporate these foods each week after I can introduce more food, like scallops! By week six, I can start having chicken and turkey, but it has to be moist, so cooking it will be poaching or even making turkey burgers and such! I stayed an ext...

Sunday, August 30, 2009. Pre-op testing on Monday the 25th and class on the 28th! Well this week was busy (well not really). I had all my pre-op testing on Monday August 25th. What a day that was! That was a little uncomfortable! So I ended up doing something wrong, I was supposed to give my yellow folder to the nurse across the hall so they could do my pre-admitting, (which takes about 45 minutes) before I got my blood drawn!
