Healthy and Yummy Recipes. The Quiche to Success. 2 cups broccoli (finely chopped). 1 tsp garlic minced. 1 cup chedder jack cheese. 1 1/2 cup low-fat milk. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1 unbaked pie crust. 1 On medium heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter over the sauce pan, and then add the broccoli, onion and garlic.
