Monday, January 5, 2009. I have added three new bookkeeping clients this past week so my plate is getting very full. Gavin is back at preschool and the rain has washed all the snow away. All the Christmas decorations in the house have been put away, but Keith just can't seem to take the lights down outside yet. Heck, a little extended sparkle never hurt anyone! Friday, February 13, 2009. Have you ever wondered why there are only 24 hours in a day? Most times it's not enough and other times my body can't take another minute! It seems like it's been both so far this year. Keith is settled in his new space and his clients for the most part have followed him. What a relief! Tuesday, October 28, 2008. At least my hair doesn't look it! Thanks to my hair colorist. It was a great birthday. I hadn't had a party for my birthday since I moved here, until this one. Usually, it's just been Keith, Gavin, occasionally Mom and friends here and there. Not that that's not enough, Mom! But I felt this one was cause to celebrate. Sunday, December 14, 2008. What snow does to Portland. As I'm getting ready for church this morning, we get a call that it has been cancelled due to the weather. Weather! There's maybe an inch of snow on the ground! Well, obviously Portlanders are afraid of the white stuff, very afraid. The whole city shuts down. ridiculous!
