The importance of organisational change. 16 June, 2015. 22 June, 2015. There are some people who thrive on constant change whilst others strongly resist it. In addition, there is management which offers some resistance to change (Mullins, 2013:712). The nature of organisational change where an organisation moves from one state to another state would be the most desirable (Liau,2009). However, others may consider that negative, so the new state would be creating resistance to change (Kotler,Cohen,2002).
