Shabby Chalet Studio 17: First Birthday
http://shabbychaletstudio17.blogspot.com/2016/09/first-birthday.html
Wednesday, 21 September 2016. Saturday was a first birthday for one of my grandsons. I was fortunate to be in this part of the country during his birthday celebration. This is the first time that I have been able to help with any decorations. My daughter chose a fishing theme and started with the fun streamers and white bubbles (balloons.). Of course we had to have some crawdads hanging out with the bottom feeders. The crab, hook and work are from the Silhouette Design Store. Cute as a Button. Heidi Swap...

Sunday, 28 June 2015. Copic Marker Storage and Organization. It has been a while since I have posted how I organize my marker collection. In the beginning, I tracked colours in a small notebook and then purchased a colour chart book from Curry's - I needed something to keep in m purse that would remind me which colours I had. Sketch and Ciao Markers. I have decided to store my Original Copic Markers in a 36 Slot Copic Wallet. Heidi Sw...

Shabby Chalet Studio 17: Bokeh Card
http://shabbychaletstudio17.blogspot.com/2016/04/bokeh-card.html
Tuesday, 5 April 2016. This is my version of a Bokeh style card. Cold pressed watercolour paper. Tim Holtz Distressed Ink Pads. Circle stencils in assorted sizes. The background was done with Distress Ink Pads pressed on a teflon mat and spritzed with water. I tried using a white pigment pad for the circles but my pad was too dry so I substituted gesso and a stencil brush to get my Bokeh effect. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Shabby Chalet Studio 17: Heidi Swapp Honeycomb Stencil and Color Shine
http://shabbychaletstudio17.blogspot.com/2013/09/heidi-swapp-honey-comb-stencil-and.html
Thursday, 19 September 2013. Heidi Swapp Honeycomb Stencil and Color Shine. I did a demo last weekend for two Heidi Swapp. Products. For the stencil, I used the spray that was on the plastic part of the stencil and flipped it over onto a fresh piece of card stock to get a reverse of the stencil image - I love how it turned out. The Color Shine has a wonderful shimmer to it, the perfect subtle bling for my projects. 6 x 6 Honeycomb Stencil. Stampin Up Rubber Stamp - You are one in a Buzzillion. Project Li...

Shabby Chalet Studio 17: Baby Tic Tac Toe
http://shabbychaletstudio17.blogspot.com/2016/09/baby-tic-tac-toe.html
Thursday, 14 July 2016. Baby Tic Tac Toe. My second washi card is for my niece who just had a baby girl. I have two versions of this card - the first is hand made and the second one is designed with the Silhouette Studio software. I think this is the first washi tape that I ever bought, I believe it was from Smash. This is a different version that I designed for print and cut with the Silhouette Studio software instead of using rubber stamps. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Cute as a Button.

Tuesday, 12 July 2016. Lately it seems as though I have accumulated a rather large number of washi tapes and feeling like I can't possibly use them all in this life time.
