Tuesday, February 2, 2010. Banana's foster and coconut chip. I have had 2 more flavors last weekend, which were Bananas Foster and Coconut Chip. Again, bother very delish! The Banana's Foster was banana ice cream with caramelly brown sugary sauce which was excellent, and my new favorite. The Coconut Chip was vanilla ice cream with coconut and chocolate chips throughout it.also great if you love coconuts. Thank you father for buying some for me.even in the snow. Thursday, January 21, 2010. Tastes of 1st 4 Flavors. A little more about the flavors:. Alpine Fudge Crunch is vanilla based ice cream with chocolate fudge and chocolate crunchies. Normally I'm not a fan of crunchies in things like Nestles crunch bars, but I really liked the crunchies in this ice cream! Birthday Cake is also vanilla based with swirls of different colors and blue icing and is very sweet, but tastes awesome and looks pretty too! Definitely my favorite so far. Tastes of 1st 4 Flavors.

Of undergoing a colonoscopy. I have to do this because when you have ulcerative colitis you are at risk for colon cancer and by having PSC also i am at double the risk. So a once a year screening for me is routine. If you have never had one, it really is no biggie other than the prep part however the Miralax. I had done some of my own...
