CRAZY funny, fun loving cyclist! Friday, October 19, 2007. Training Camp in Burnaby! So, I chucked when I saw "Training Camp"on my training plan.because I knew I was the sole participant of said camp. I'm not laughing any more. It's only been 2 days, and lot's. Have I mentioned what an awesome coach Jeremy Storie. Good, cause he is! He's put together a great training group that meets Wed and Fri, then there is racing every Fri night. There is also a weekend race Nov 8 th. Here's Claire between sets.

Mike setting up for the muddy corner.his seat clamp bolt came loose, he was forced to the pit, but having no support, had to salvage tools on his own.then the bolt came loose again 1/2 lap later.he rode the last lap w/o a seat to sit on.ouch. Nikos Mills rode a solid, consistant race, finishing top 1/3 of a huge field of 80, even w/ a crash on the last lap. All smiles.mud is fun. You think you're BAD?

Diary of Michael Murdin. Tuesday, May 26, 2009. Race season was going pretty good up to this point. Mid April my form was down a bit, had a slight cold.and reduced time for training. The last few weeks were looking good, I was getting stronger again and more focused on my training. had some bad luck in races with flat tires and getting run into a ditch.but my legs were getting better and better. you can't just rely on racing results to validate your performances.
