You may not spot my life in this vast universe. But I'm there if you look. And hopefully I'll shine a little. And so my UK adventure was coming to its end. A familiar voice turns my head and I quickly spot waving arms. Family. In the flesh. My parents there to pick me up. A month of travel; a month of visits and catching up; a month of looking for work and bumming around. I'm ready for my next adventure; just this week secured and the cogs put in motion. Next stop: Nannying in Sydney, New South Wales.

That God would create me, in all my uniqueness, and then expect me to fit some Christian mould is absolutely absurd! Why would He intricately design and create me and then want me to relate to Him contrary to that design? That would be like saying His design wasn't good. Have you read the creation story in Genesis? After initial shock and some bouts of tears this week, today I sit here and laugh. My word! What a journey I'm on! Life is crazy but, gloriously, God is good. I shall continue to trust that truth. It's the start that stops most people. Went to church again yesterday. Valerie wasn't there, but Heather was and greeted me cheerfully. After the service tho, everyone just up and leaves really soon after! Got a message that teachers were going out with the Nova Japanese staff for tea, and did I want to come. I was so excited! Tuesday, 25 September 2012. Just 3 days until we get the keys to our new house! And yet, that means just over 2 days until we need to hand in the keys for this house. hmm. Nah, it actually isn't worrying me too much. The packing is going very well, and the cleaning is underway. I am so very grateful that the morning sickness started easing about 1.5 wks ago and is virtually non-existent now. The hardest part is getting stuff done with Cooper around. He is just so 'helpful'! I am finding Cooper so delight...
