The Hollenback Family: Cold as snot
http://hollenbackfamily.blogspot.com/2010/01/cold-as-snot.html
Sunday, January 10, 2010. Where do these sayings come from? Rhetorical question, but it makes me wrinkle my nose when someone says something that doesn't even make sense. I know some things came about and just stuck, but I think lots of things came up, and people can't remember the correct context or the correct saying. That is when I get cranky and want to "fire them up". I will put a couple of wierd sayings on here just to get you thinking. Pig in the poke". Rubs me the wrong way". Shake a stick at".

http://hollenbackfamily.blogspot.com/2011/05/happy-mothers-day-mom.html
Saturday, May 7, 2011. Happy mothers day mom. It's been a year since this blog has seen any action. What a coincidence the last time mama hollenback wrote was mothers day. We (megan and drew) are here to say happy mother's day to a loving and caring mother and mother in law. We thought it would be nice to make a surprise visit this weekend to show how much we love her. And we promise to someday make you cute little grandbabies to wear all those baby clothes you like to collect. Jerry and Sylvia Hollenback.
