Chikalwadi: Death and Life on the Margins. The bastis at Nirankari Nagar were demolished on 10th and 11th of March and since then the people there have not been allowed to rebuild their houses. Shabana’s 4-month old son Salman succumbed to pneumonia a few days after their house in Nirankari Nagar was demolished on 11th of March.
