Wednesday, January 23, 2013. When we first got on the plane. We look happy, fresh and excited! We had a non-stop flight from SLC to Paris. yeah a long flight! I got some sleep but mostly we were just excited! This was our first gelato in Italy. I am in love of gelato. We had at least one a day! If you notice the street behind us, it was still decorated for Christmas and it was BEAUTIFUL! We loved walking down the streets with tons of lights and decor. It truly was magical! This is the view from the top!

Saturday, August 13, 2011. August 15th, the. First day of school is this coming. Where did my summer go? I think THIS is where it went. 1 day helping at the stake "Trek". 1 week tending my mom while my dad had surgery. 1 four day Park City/Heber City/Oakley vaca with the kids. 1 weekend trip to support Lerin at the Bryce Canyon 1/2 marathon. 1 weekend cleaning out my parents condo (we moved them into an assisted living center-"yes, it was a good thing! 8 day Alaskan cruise with Lynn. Andrea, Adam and Eli.

Wednesday, May 21, 2014. That's right people. Only 13 more days til Curtis and I pack up our car and drive for 30 hours til we reach UTAH! We are both starting to feel so dang excited. The trip has been set in stone since December, but when we took those days off that long ago it seemed like the vacation would never come. But now it's less than 2 weeks away. But the best part of the trip for me will be snatching up my nephews for a couple days! So that will be so fun! So, see all y'all Utah peeps soon!

Tuesday, July 7, 2009. I made a surprise visit to see my family a couple weekends ago. It had been awhile since I had seen them and felt like I needed to be there and spend time with them. I was going to surprise everyone, but found out they were all going to be in Moab that weekend. So I just told my parents and surprised everyone else. Gloria walked in first and was shocked! I could have hugged her all day! Can you tell we are sisters by our unplanned matching outfits? It was so nice to be home!

Friday, April 30, 2010. On Monday, the Larsens went on vacation and left me in charge of the kids. Yes, all 6 of them for a week. Luckily I have done this twice already, so it was no biggie. Although I was drained by the end, after only being home half an hour I was already missing the kids like crazy! It was hard watching all of them, but I would do it every day if I could (oh wait, I already do) I LOVE these kids, they are so sweet! Yes, very energetic, loud, and crazy, but SO fun! DADDY PICK ME UP!

Friday, January 27, 2012. Best $2.50 We Have Spent. I guess I got bored after day 1 of posting odd things about our house. Oh well. We got a couple Bed Bath and Beyond gift cards for our wedding, on our last visit to St Gee we went on a BBB spree. We found a gem for only $2.50 and made this. The set came with a net, two paddles and some ping pong balls. Naturally, we had to tape off the table to make it more official. And I couldn't pass up the chance to cut some vinyl to get our paddles personalized.
