Learning to Pray: Part 5 – Luther on Prayer | The King's Church Blog
https://kingschurchaddlestone.wordpress.com/2015/04/14/learning-to-pray-part-5-luther-on-prayer
The King's Church Blog. The King’s Church. Learning to Pray: Part 5 Luther on Prayer. Having looked at Augustine, Tim Keller moves on to focusing on some of the writings of Martin Luther on prayer. Apparently Luther spent at least 3 hours a day in prayer and so was a practitioner as well as a preacher on the subject! As we have already begun to explore (in Part 3. I personally am finding this way of ‘thinking in the presence of God’ very freeing as it takes me away from the practice of prayer...There is ...
Baby Fox: April 2011
http://babybumpfox.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 25, 2011. Both girls have not had a good run of health recently. Abigail had a week long tummy bug, followed by chicken pox and Ella had Impetigo then chicken pox directly following the CVS attack. However both girls managed to be well for Ella's 5th birthday which is great as this is the first birthday that Ella has been well for since being old enough to know what birthdays are about! She had a room makeover for birthday and as you can see she is very much enjoying her new bed!

Sad You See | The King's Church Blog
https://kingschurchaddlestone.wordpress.com/2015/03/24/sad-you-see
The King's Church Blog. The King’s Church. I feel it is right to take a little detour from our conversations about prayer to take a moment to reflect on something that came from Sunday’s sermon. Take time to recall and remember times and events where you have experienced something of the resurrection or angels or spirits! Share them and encourage one another with your testimony of encounter with the living Jesus. How does the hope of the resurrection play out in the way you live. March 24, 2015.

Saturday, January 07, 2012. Since we last wrote Abigail has turned 2, Ella has started horse riding and playing the tenor horn (guess which parent instigated which hobby? And we have acquired a dog! There are many joys watching these two beautiful girls grow up. I love watching them run down the road with Mickey (the dog) and hearing the sound of them playing together which is usually a combination of bossy instructions, animal related make believe games and lots of giggling and laughter.

Baby Fox: July 2012

Wednesday, July 04, 2012. A quick update on the Fox family is well overdue! And then we have tickets for a few Paralympic events at the end of August and so we are praying for Ella to stay well for that. She was quite disappointed to find out she wouldn't actually be competing and it only came to light that she thought she would, when she asked what she would be wearing! We then pointed out that although the competitors had a disability none of them were 6! For those of you that missed it on Facebook, in...

Sunday, July 11, 2010. We've had a very interesting week here in the Fox household! So we enter this week making the most of every day of her last week of Nursery school before she leaves and gets ready to go to "big girls school" Praise God :). Saturday, July 03, 2010. The last couple of months in summary goes as follows. As for crawling she just starts to go backwards on her stomach and then just screetches because whatever she wants is getting further and further away. She is starting to really as...

The King's Church Blog. The King’s Church. Jesus is THE King. On Sunday we looked at God’s covenant with David and how it relates to Jesus and us as His disciples.
