The Kingsmead Chronicler: March 2012
http://kingsmeadchronicler.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
An open development blog detailing the ongoing creation of a fantasy roleplaying setting, centred around the Old Crown Margravate. Friday, 30 March 2012. Kingsmead update and a new system! Well, since I haven't managed to post anything here since January, and since ignoring those two short posts, since October, I suppose it's only right I update here again. Especially since I've run another bit of a playtest, this time with a new rules system that I've been working on. First: Things that are gone. Shifte...
The Kingsmead Chronicler: April 2012
http://kingsmeadchronicler.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
An open development blog detailing the ongoing creation of a fantasy roleplaying setting, centred around the Old Crown Margravate. Friday, 27 April 2012. Based on this post. Over at Campaign Mastery, I've suddenly started thinking about a card game in game. Plenty of other stuff to think on, but I'm an odd duck like that. So there's four houses, made of nine cards each, for a total of thirty-six cards. Monday, 23 April 2012. The true history of the world is vast, but a short version is presented below.

The Kingsmead Chronicler: Hidden mysteries and secrets unspoken
http://kingsmeadchronicler.blogspot.com/2012/07/hidden-mysteries-and-secrets-unspoken.html
An open development blog detailing the ongoing creation of a fantasy roleplaying setting, centred around the Old Crown Margravate. Friday, 13 July 2012. Hidden mysteries and secrets unspoken. I've promised that there are hidden secrets dotted throughout everything that I've already done. I hope to highlight a handful of them below. The great depth of the harbour in Queenstown is also thought to be Oon-made, although how deep it is and why it is so deep is a great cause of debate to the small number of Oo...
The Kingsmead Chronicler: January 2012
http://kingsmeadchronicler.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
An open development blog detailing the ongoing creation of a fantasy roleplaying setting, centred around the Old Crown Margravate. Thursday, 19 January 2012. The pseudo-district of Outwall is a shantytown built up along the main approaches to the city, as well as around the walls themselves. By far the largest outpouring is along the Old Kings Highway, west towards Kingsmead, also close to the Midlands River. Shadrack is a scruffy beggar, often mistaken for a pile of rags when he sleeps. He also seem...

Loca Imaginaria: July 2012
http://locaimaginaria.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
The ramblings of a some-time roleplayer. Monday, 30 July 2012. Recently I've had an idea for a stone age game in my head. A few years ago, I wrote a lovely little story about a hunter gatherer tribesman called Stone, and since then the idea has been flickering on and off in my mind. Then today I read something about the Hyperborean Cycle. By Clark Ashton Smith, and it flickered back to life again. I'm toying with the idea of writing a brief for my own rules. I'd be very tempted to do something with the 1...
Loca Imaginaria: What happened in November?
http://locaimaginaria.blogspot.com/2012/11/what-happened-in-november.html
The ramblings of a some-time roleplayer. Thursday, 29 November 2012. What happened in November? OK, I've been dark for a month, so about time I picked this up again really. I've been a little preoccupied with other things: a job in a nightclub, my godfather's civil ceremony, a whole heap of trimming my life down a bit and finding the stuff I need to do and when. Etc etc. That game was also powered by my NaGaDeMon. Rules, which were so good I may actually write up how to play the setting using them. Stand...
Loca Imaginaria: August 2012
http://locaimaginaria.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
The ramblings of a some-time roleplayer. Wednesday, 29 August 2012. A few weeks ago. I mentioned an idea I'd had based upon a stone age setting. I've turned it over some in my mind, and here's a quick idea for how I'd run it. Take the Legend of the 5 Rings rules. I'm mostly familiar with first edition, so the lack of samurai kata and stuff makes some sense, plus a simple split between warrior and magic user makes things much easier. Tuesday, 21 August 2012. Thoughts on the latest D&D Next Playtest packet.
Loca Imaginaria: May 2012
http://locaimaginaria.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
The ramblings of a some-time roleplayer. Monday, 21 May 2012. More ideas clamouring for attention. So here's a little overview of what's currently bubbling in my head:. Roman Pathfinder, as mentioned in my last post. Nominally called Republic. Still working out the kinks with different races and stuff. A hard sci-fi game has popped up and is bubbling away, though I don't know if anything worth talking about will come of it. It's nothing special, just something I think would be fun. Friday, 18 May 2012.
Loca Imaginaria: October 2012
http://locaimaginaria.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
The ramblings of a some-time roleplayer. Tuesday, 23 October 2012. Forming an idea for L5R. In the last week and a bit, I've been messing with some ideas for a Legend of the 5 Rings game. My old 1st edition Unicorn character managed to pick up an ancient Crab katana whilst adventuring in the Shadowlands. For whatever reason, he promised the Hida daimyo it would pass on to the Crab upon his death. Basically, I'm changing the wording of what he said, all those years ago. The big issue I'll be facing is con...

Loca Imaginaria: June 2013
http://locaimaginaria.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
The ramblings of a some-time roleplayer. Saturday, 29 June 2013. OK, I'm trying to be determined to be good and actually get back into the habit of blogging again. Of course, having a regular connection to the internet would help, as would Blogger not crashing my phone when I try and write something. But I've been feeling ill and sorry for myself today, despite it being bright sunshine out here by the seaside, so I feel I should do something vaguely productive with myself. GEOGRAPHY - done for the most p...
