I came across Zumba when I was working on cruise ships in 2008, I was hooked! I have always had a passion for fitness and loved teaching. Although nothing ever came close to the feeling of teaching or taking part in a Zumba class! Zumba is so much fun that its not like a regular fitness class, you are too busy enjoying yourself and before you know it the hour is over!

What should I wear? Wear lightweight exercise clothing, something that allows you to move freely. Footwear is important, ideally dance trainers with a pivot spot on the sole to allow ease of movement. These can be picked up in most sports stores. Although any training shoe should be fine, but trainers with lots of tread may prevent turning or pivoting easily. Do I need to bring anything? Just a sense of fun and a bottle of water. Maybe a small towel to mop your brow! Just follow the instructor and enjoy!
