Crock Pot Shepard’s Pie | Tales From A Kitchen Misfit
https://kitchenmisfit.wordpress.com/2011/10/31/crock-pot-shepards-pie
Tales From A Kitchen Misfit. Crock Pot Shepard’s Pie. I originally made this Shepard’s Pie a few weeks ago when it was 80 degrees outside and sunny. I post this recipe now when there is snow on the ground and it’s barely in the 40s. Can someone say What.The.Hell.Happened? Ok maybe I’m ok with that. You know what I AM ready for? Crock Pot Shepard’s Pie. From Slow Cooker Revolution. 2 slices white sandwich bread, torn into quarters. 1/4 cup whole milk (I used skim). 2lbs 85% ground beef. 2 onions, minced.

Plum Cranberry Crumble | Tales From A Kitchen Misfit
https://kitchenmisfit.wordpress.com/2011/10/21/plum-cranberry-crumble
Tales From A Kitchen Misfit. Recently we’ve been getting an abundance of plums in our CSA. I’ve kind of run out of ideas with them. Then, we received a bag of cranberries! Except it wasn’t Thanksgiving so I couldn’t make cranberry sauce. So I came up with this crazy idea of combining them into a delicious crumble. My husband told me it was the best thing I had ever baked,. Whoa That’s pretty extreme. But I knew he was serious when a day or two later it was half gone. Hmmmmm…. Wait for it…. Preheat oven t...

And Baby Makes π: Only 1 1/2 ounces???
http://babymakespi.blogspot.com/2011/10/only-1-12-ounces.html
And Baby Makes π. Because 1 1 is greater than 3. Only 1 1/2 ounces? I've been sick. Have to give myself at least that. And, Baby Bird was hungry after getting dressed so I nursed him again at about 8:30, later than normal. But still, it was disturbing to see that I only pumped 1.5 ounces total at 10:30 am. Yesterday's output was also low (and I was home all day resting). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Baby Bird Flips Back. Only 1 1/2 ounces? View my complete profile. Congrat Kacie and Eric!

kitchen mischief : adventures in the culinary fastlane
Saturday, January 16, 2010. Back in university, I was obsessed with watching Iron Chef - the original Japanese version. I would watch it every weekend without fail, and was always amazed at the quickness, agility and creativity of the chefs after only finding out the secret ingredient mere moments before battle mode. I think it adds a little something, so would recommend adding it. Deconstructed Sushi with Ginger-Wasabi Shrimp. 4 cups Japanese short grain rice, cooked. 2 tbsp rice vinegar. 5 Arrange smal...

A Chronicle of Culinary Mishaps and Masterpieces. With Apologies to Pakistan: Sweet Potato-Lentil Curry with Kale. October 13, 2014 by. Are you there Kitchen Mischief? It’s me, Josh. I never really left you. I’ve been piddling about, doing some professional mischief for my day job at Taste of the South magazine,. And some ramshackle weeknight mischief at home, which has been edible but just that; not necessarily remarkable. And then this “curry” happened. And the best part it took right around 30 minutes.
