Something caught my eye getting out of my truck at work the other day. I stepped over the sewer grade in the parking lot and noticed a bright color peaking through the darkness below. A fern was growing from the inside wall of the sewer. It was like God was giving me one of those subtle reminders that He quite often does His best work in the dark places. About midnight, Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. My life is in Your hands.
