Cut off the top to make a sccop neck. Cut the bottom hem of the shirt off and use to make straps. Just cut the straps 2 inches longer than you need them to be. Let's turn this old turtle neck shirt (with an ugly stain- but you can't see it in the pic) into a lovely shrug. Start by cutting off the bottom of the shirt. Monday, 16 April 2012. I think one thing I've learned is that what seems to be the end of the story isn't always the end. The story's still being written and things can change, people can change.
