Fed up with complaining and getting no results? We bought our brand new Leach Homes house in December 2009 and there are still problems that they have failed to resolve. In some cases many visits have been made by Leach Homes tradesmen but the evidence seems to suggest that they are being told to do as little as possible to fix things as cheaply as possible. Whilst none of the problems are structural they have certainly destroyed the joy we should have experienced from owning a brand new home.
