Min vikt och jag. Torsdag 13 september 2012. Idag ringde min dietist från Skövde för att göra en 3-månaderskontroll. Hon ville veta om allt gick bra, hur mycket jag tappat, hur det går med ätandet osv. Och efter 40 minuter samtal kom vi fram till att jag är en mönster-patient. Hur gick det till? Iof följer jag allt de sagt till punkt och pricka. Och det har ju lönat sig :). Är så himla nöjd med mitt nya liv. Tisdag 11 september 2012. Usch för feber och förkylning :(. Att jag nu redan tappat så pass mycket.
