Hmmm ate my cake today, and other cake, and maltesers and chips. only good thing was a lean quisine meal and 2 lots of lemon water. need 2 diet. im so happy not having softdrink but im starting anew with some new goals next week. will post them in here. better luck to everyone else. 3 jo. Nothing else i can do:Virtue! Goals are still strong. Yeah i havent had soft drink for over a week now and i think i can feel the diference. :) anyway now im doing a no softdrink or chips thing with my sis so i gotta keep focussed. Went to work today (hungry jacks) and i didn't buy any fries or soft drink. I was so good! Yeah so i had a strwb shake and sundae and i still feel good anyway coz i didnt violate the goals. Yay! You just be you : Virtue! Breakfast: peice of cold vege pizza and muslie with seeds and sultanas. Recess: 2 vegan biscotti biscuits, a began bar, 2 chocolate choccies. After school: 2 biscotti cookies, 4 corn thins with vegi mite. Dinner: mashed potato, a piece of fish, 3 peices of brocolli, some tiny peices of carrots with pureed bean sauce.
