Monday, 23 August 2010. 15:25 PM: 79:26 (12.10mi, 6:35/mi). 10:31 AM: 33:46 (5.0mi, 6:45/mi). Nice and easy relaxed morning run. 13:14 PM: 91:11 (14.0mi, 6:31/mi). Ran at ferry meadows and most was off-road or on the footpaths round the lakes. Legs felt very tired after 8 miles and worryingly was a bit of struggle but maybe the long tempo was something to do with that. Looking back at the schedule coach set, these runs are only meant to be at 6:45/mi so maybe should put this into effect. Nice easy run ou...

Wednesday, 31 March 2010. Aaron Scott Training - 15th March to 21st March. The plan was to not ease down to much for the 10k as it was probably more important to get some good training in. However, still decided to take the Saturday as a rest day as I felt tired after work and didn't want the race to be a complete waste of time. 7:31AM - 30:58 (5.0mi, 6:12/mi). 17:57PM - 49:38 (8.0mi, 6:12/mi). 9:30AM - 30:10 (5.0mi, 6:02/mi). 18:14PM - 24:33 w/u (3.0mi, 8:11/mi). 19:37PM - 13:07 c/d (1.51mi, 8:42/mi).

Sunday, 13 June 2010. Another week another PB - Training 7th June to 13th June:. After a few weeks of tough training the plan was to have an easier week of mileage and taper down for the Nike BMC 5000m at Watford on Saturday. The aim is to run as close to 14:30 as possible but anything under 14:40 will be an excellent run. The summer really starts to unfold from here in, with races starting to come thick and fast. 17:52 PM: 10:59 w/u (1.54mi, 7:09/mi). 18:11 PM: 27:40 tempo (5.0mi, 5:32/mi). Easy run but...

Achilles tweaked a couple of times on the uneven surface but no real problems. 11:40AM: 63:00 plus strides (9.5mi total). Went a little further than I wo...
