Sunday, January 29, 2012. Did you know that Hailey, more than any of our other children, has been able to fall asleep pretty much anywhere? Mostly it's at the dinner table.there was a streak about a year ago when she would fall asleep eating. This time though, it was the stairs.oh to be 3 again. Weekend highlights: Snowboarding (for Kelly). Friday night temple session. Moneyball (Kelly loved it, I thought it was good). Met the new neighbors. Sunday morning church.Sunday afternoon nap! To go, but couldn't!

Friday, May 11, 2012. Believe it or not this little rag-a-muffin is 11 months! Seriously, I don't usually let my children wear dirty clothes(okay, not. Dirty).this picture was taken right after eating Hailey's birthday cake, and she was lovin life! 11 months has brought on some new skills! All day long, she can also say "uh-oh", dad, and mama.although she really only says mama if she's sad or wants something.hmm. She has 9 teeth and one on the way! WE LOVE THIS GIRL! Saturday, February 2, 2013. Laynie Rosie turned 7 on December 16th! She is an amazing girl! She LOVES school, she can read just about anything! She is an AWESOME big sister, she has a great sense of fashion :), and is a good friend. We had a "friend" party where we decorated headbands AND cupcakes, but on her REAL birthday she wanted to make gingerbread houses with her cousins! We LOVE this Pickett family tradition and try to force it on the Ditto family too :). Hailey is proud of her house!

Monday, February 20, 2012. You will never guess what just happened.I am standing here in the office putting Maren to sleep- and I hear the garbage man. Thursday, September 22, 2011. Everyone was excited- but especially mom :). Addison started 3rd grade and for the first time ever has a woman for a teacher. When we read the teacher lists, he was nervous and didn't think he would like a "girl teacher"- but after his first day, he LOVES her! And he told me he wants a girl teacher next year too. Laynie is in kindergarten, and at our school, it's ALL DAY! Laynie loves it, but it does wear her out. She is excited to learn and loves her teacher! Beautiful welc...

Friday, December 23, 2011. All I want for Christmas. Kelly told me last week that all he wanted for Christmas was for his kids to get haircuts- It's been since September for Addison, since last year at this time for Laynie.and believe it or not, Hailey has never had a haircut.well, her bangs, but that doesn't really count. Saturday, February 2, 2013. We kept the Santa Pancake tradition going strong! Dad checked his phone and said "5:14am" What? We were supposed to go at 7! He had heard mom's alarm that was still set for 5am for work and woke up! Being that we were already on the road, we ended up driving all the way to Ogden and going to WINCO (my favorite) and then returning home BEFORE 7am! Saturday, February 2, 2013. The famous "stair" picture with the WHOLE family! The Ditto Family were the first ones awake of course! So we waited on the stairs for everyone else to wake up.(okay, we didn't just WAIT, we did do some waking.). And then the excitement began! Stockings first of course! Presents were opened one at a time and you MUST be wearing the antlers to be opening a present! Addison waiting for a turn. After present opening, the BEST breakfast of the whole year! I bought a blendtec from the very nice Costco demonstrator-man.and I feel like I need to justify myself! For years I have been making smoothies for the fam for breakfast!
