此次透過 藝術進入社區 與 公寓大廈行動方案 兩種操作類型，進行都會型社區的各種擾動，每個單位都在短短二、三個月的活動課程中取得豐碩的成果。 時值歲末年終，各個社區計畫也邁向階段性尾聲的今日，我們邀集這二十個社區一同來到台北市的TAF空總創新基地，以靜態成果展示結合動態論壇分享的形式，就 創意 、 生活 、 藝術 三個不同角度出發，探討在都會營造中，透由各種不同活動、課程、行動所產生，人與人之間的可能性。 並以 說起社造這條路… 、 在地人的好所在，出外人的新故鄉 創造被需要的價值感 、 找回共同記憶裡的DNA 、 以藝術文化作為都會公民之倡議課題 四大議題為主軸，透由圖面與物件展示、體驗，以及動態的報告、演出等方式，進行多元的分享交流，一方面讓參與其中的團隊在展現各自精彩的成果之餘，亦能互動切磋，瞭解其他社區單位的操作，彼此激勵學習，並呈現給尚未參與其中的普羅大眾，散播都會營造的種子。 今年，我們即以 藝術進入社區 與 公廈行動方案 兩支計畫，看見未來都會營造的前瞻性與更多可能。 台灣城鄉特色發展協會 聯絡電話 02-27519856 地址 台北市長安東路二段178號3樓之4.

第四象限三個案子分布在新竹市大型新公廈 李世英主委 、台北中正區中古眷村集合式大樓住宅 陳沅蓀 以及新竹縣度假型集合住宅 合興鎮 問題各自不一樣，但是均以希望改善既有社區內部存在的困難或缺失為目標，因此操作對像都是社區內部的人，但依社區狀態不同而有不同策略，台北市沅蓀因為社區內部狹窄缺乏公共空間，因此希望創造一條可以連結到附近螢橋國中的有故事人行步道，不但細心的與螢橋國中合作可食地景，並且找出附近不同年代的建築物與記憶路徑，也連結上市定古蹟紀州庵的活化計畫。 台灣城鄉特色發展協會 聯絡電話 02-27519856 地址 台北市長安東路二段178號3樓之4.
