Tips for eating healthy without a lot of effort. Simple ways to add vegetables. What’s for dinner? What fish should you eat? Which ones should you avoid? I’m a vegetarian, but I do occasionally eat fish when I’m in a restaurant. I often look at the menu and can’t decide what kind of fish to order. I know some are high in mercury and I shouldn’t eat them, but I can never remember which ones they are. Am I supposed to eat wild or farm-raised? I can’t remember! Here’s some advice. Fish with moderate mercury.
