Finished: Viscose Elastic Waist Dress. This blue viscose jersey fabric was leftover from this planned project. That I have cut but yet to sew. The fabric is ridiculously soft but very stretchy and bouncy, so I had to be very patient when cutting/sewing to ensure I didn’t stretch it out in the process. I think I did a pretty good job of this apart from the front and back neckline (just a bit), even though I tried so hard and used one million pins. Simplicity 3688 Top in a Cotton Spandex. For such a simple top, I absolutely love it. It’s so easy to wear and was incredibly quick to make, so I’ll definitely be making some more. The pattern is Simplicity 3688. And the fabric is a cotton spandex with a little smudged square print. I got the fabric from Spotlight.
