The pie was totally gone in three days so I guess a *gasp* store-bought crust is OK in a pinch. 6 or 7 apples – bruised ones are OK, just trim off the bruises*. 2 tablespoons of sugar. 1 tsp of cinnamon. A pinch of nutmeg. Store-bought frozen deep dish pie shell (2 in a package).
