So It Goes…. July 20, 2008, 2:40 am. I wanted to be here, didn’t I? Yes…this tea tastes of warm rose water and too many lemons. I will drink it all. My room smells like nothing. It is new and sterile and reminds me of a hotel. I wonder how many people have slept on the same hard mattress, have sat at the dark brown desk by the window. I’m sure it was not very many before I came here. I must have been defined by how thin I could spread myself over the layers of friends, family, work, school.
