I was OK with the turning 16 and getting the drivers license thing, but today as I watched her leave for her first official date and get ready to go to the prom I suffered some serious growing pains! I sat here in the computer room and cried for awhile. I blinked and she grew up and Briley is right behind her! Hope they have a great time!

I am so thankful for our country, and brave men and women both past and present for their sacrifices to have the freedoms we enjoy! We started with the Parade. Mckendrie marching sporting their brand new uniforms. Briley rode on the float our Stake entered and threw (what else) infamous salt water taffy! We enjoyed a great day with family and friends! An awesome day ended with the fireworks!
