I keep trying to remind myself that the journey is as important as the destination – that the good habits and healthy lifestyle I’ll pick up along the way are far more important than the body I end up with. Cans not Can'ts. A girl on a mission. Feeling accomplished… and a little bloated. January 7, 2016. I feel a little like doing a victory lap today because I’ve finally jumped my first hurdle, a completely on plan day, but I know I’m still only just beginning the race. Despite eating healthy all day and drinking more than my required 2 litres of water, I don’t feel healthy. I’ve been extremely bloated all day and had hiccups 3 times (! Feeling a little guilty…. On Monday, I somehow managed to still come in with a loss of 2.5lbs, I thought maybe it was the previous week catching up on me, but this scared me into being motivated – I didn’t want my junk food week to catch up on me again.
