Besides missing him like crazy, and taking on all the responsibility with the household and kids, it means that my gym time will be seriously restricted due to child care constraints. Saturday, August 27, 2011. Clothes started being a little tighter. My old jeans were worn out and I had to break down and buy another pair of size 18's. Meanwhile the size 16's I was thisclose to fitting into are still sitting in the drawer. All of this, and I still was feeling lazy and unmotivated and depressed about my weight. Saturday, February 27, 2010. I reached my first mini-goal today! The scale read 179lbs this morning! It's the first time I've seen the 170's on the scale since I was in University when I was 18 years old. It also officially takes me out of the Morbidly Obese BMI category. Saturday, January 30, 2010. I know that the loss would slow down considerably after the first week or two, but I was still expecting something. Even a 1/2 pound would be enough to keep me feeling motivated. Now I just feel deflated and want a bowl of ice cream LOL. I guess this is where writing everything down will come in handy.
