Switzerland and France, I guess the final summation should be about food.here are some examples that stick in my mind. In Europe the first course is usually called the entré. Or appetizer.I know some folks would say the entré. Is the main course but the word means "to begin" or "enter" the meal. Anyway, this can be a bit tricky because sometimes I used the entré. Eat their truff...

Sonntag, 7. Oktober 2012. Manchmal überkommen einen ja so unverhoffte Gelüste, die man an sich zuvor noch nie beobachten konnte. Ein ebensolches überfiel mich, als ich bei Küchenlatein. Die Fotos ihrer "Kaspressknödel" sah. Wort und Rezept waren mir gleichermaßen unbekannt, aber die Fotos sprachen ihre eigene Sprache, und verleiteten mich sogar dazu, an der Käsetheke 5,45 Euro in ein Stückchen Bergkäse zu investieren(! Ansonsten habe ich mich, knödelunkundig wie ich war, komplett an Küchenlateins Rezept.
