As mentioned in my last bog entry, I have had this question come up a few times. Many times, people just see the ‘millions of potential customers’ using social media that they feel they need to go where the masses are. 61% of companies are ‘experimenting’ with Social media. 68% of these companies are spending less that $5,000 a year.
