Tuesday, May 12, 2009. The long and winding road. Today is May 12, 2009 and it has been almost exactly nine months since I started the LA Weight Loss program. I wanted to be a certain size, a certain weight, a NUMBER, and I have learned to grow beyond the idea that I am a number on the scale.
