Gradually add sugar while beating. Remove beater and mix in chocolate chips. Line baking pans with foil, shiny side up. Top each cookie with M&M. Place in oven and turn oven off. Leave overnight. This was a mad rush to get the meat in a marinade and tame the yard, which had become a scene from “Lord of the Flies”. Pour in 1 part Marsala 2 parts chicken broth, 3 parts OJ. Simmer til reduced to half. Layer thinly sliced oranges across baking sheet (I lined w/ alum foil) layer salmon skin side down across oranges, place several pats of butter across salmon and sprinkle w/ coriander. July 15, 2011. 12 oz greek yogurt. 1 large cucumber (or however many you happen to want to use up ; ). 1 Tb fresh parsely. 2 tsp fresh mint. 1 Tb lemon juice. Added in at the end for some extra oomph – a few twists from a lemon pepper grinder. Thrown together in the blender. A little extra cucumber and parsely added at the end.
